June 9, 2014: In a blink of an eye our babies become more independent, more unique, more themselves. Was it not just yesterday that this scout was born and depended on me for just about everything? Was it not just yesterday that I rocked her in my arms and looked into her eyes and wondered what she would be like when her little body no longer fit in my arms? And just like that, yesterday is gone. I miss those past years, but today I feel blessed and proud to have this beautiful 9 year old scout in my life. I love you Ms. Kaylee! Happy birthday sweet girl!
